This means that you have to look the people up on social media because what they say and do on their social media pages will tell you exactly what kind of people they are. A hiring software will short list candidates according to their qualifications and the key words on the resume but even if the person has every qualification and all the experience, you do not want to hire a person that uses bad language, bullies people, starts fights and does bad things and this will usually be exposed when you go on social media and do a search of their names.
